"The manager is always right"
Went to buy a pair of Nike shoes. There's posters that says 30% off on Nike's. So there's 2 prices on the box, R1189 and another label saying R849.00. absolutely no negotiations, the price is R1189. No explanation either. The manager has made up his mind. This is Groblersdal mall. Customer service does not exist. The price you see is the price you're supposed to pay within a fair margin at least. Very unprofessional.
