The level of rudeness is unmatched

I bought a phone on the 13th of August 2022 at Totalsports Springs Mall. Then exactly on the 22nd of August it suddenly stop working, I couldn't press it. I then call them today to check what I need to do. I speak to a lady unfortunately didn't take her name. But WOW the level of rudeness I received really hurt me :-(. She dropped a phone on my ear. I called about 3 times and I called for the 4th time and she denied she dropped a phone on me, then she dropped the call again. I called once again and then call now answered by a guy and explain what just happed, the guy asked why she dropped the phone and the I hear the lady on the background answered the guy and said "ngingazomnyela". I don't believe the level of rudeness I just received from this lady. To such an extent that she had to swear at me. I am not sure if that's how all of you treat customers because now i didn't even get her name, so its going to be her word against me. I am hurt more than being angry actually.
