TFG - Totalsports Online Shopping

<p>Firstly I would like to state Totalsports/TFG online delivery policy;</p> <p>"For online purchases, Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days and Express delivery takes one working day, if you order before 14H00 on a working day."</p> <p> </p> <p>Ok so I ordered Monday, 13th of June and made payment before 14H00(I took express delivery), so if I am correct then I should receive my parcel today, Because yesterday was one working today, but if I checked the status of the delivery it is still being processed what means that it is not going to happen today, also tomorrow because of a public holiday, I dont think friday, so then if I am lucky then maybe monday which is 3 Working days. So my question is why pay extra for express then, if I have to wait longer then what the time peroid says?</p>
