TFG ******** of November 2020
On the 25th of November i placed an online order and paid for it but somehow they claim the money is not with them. When i call my bank they say money is with TFG group. I have even sent them proof of payment but still they have not gotten back to me with a way forward on the matter. I feel ****med by this group and they showing no remorse in their action. How long must i wait for my money to be paid back. They have now opted to ignore my messages on facebook as well as the emails i have sent to Ayesha
