TFG - PRODUCTS NOT RECEIVED FROM ONLINE PURCHASE
Toward the end of October 2020 I purchased a Huawei Smar****ch fit from Totalsports via the online platform. This included a free Huawei smart scale worth R699.00.
When I went in store to collect my order only the watch had been delivered. I've still not received this to date. I've been communicating with the TFG customer service for over a month now in an attempt to get the product promised and the matter has still not been resolved.
Overall it has been a terrible experience as it feels like a total unwillingness from the customer service team to help me resolve this.
I will definitely think twice before making another purchase like this.
