TFG POOR SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCE

I made an online purchase on the 21st of December till this day I haven't received my order I have been calling on ***and sending emails to *** and *** so many time requesting refund since its difficult for them to deliver my order still with the refund its not being paid I am call requesting my money but I am dealing with a bunch of *********** call center agents its now a month and I haven't received my order nor my refund I WANT MY MONEY no body is getting back to me nothing I am the one calling spending more money the TFG group service its so so poor.
