TFG and the non-delivery couriers they use

To whom it may be of assistance,

I made an online purchase in the middle of June 2020. I recieved each item in an individual delivery. One of the deliveries claimed to have been received by myself by the courier company was never deviled to me. Its been more than a month and a half since the order. I have contacted the online customer care number over and over again to hear that they will log it and see. I am now tired of the games. They went as far as promising a refund to me just to get me of the phone. After two weeks i still haven't received the delivery nor have i received a refund. Its disappointing to by ********** by such a large company especially in a time where every cent counts.

I hope that this never happens to anyone else. Especially due to the fact that the things i ordered was for fathers day.
