TERRIBLE TREATMENT FROM STAFF

I went to Total sports Denlyn shopping centre in Mamelodi. the two ladies who were at a cash desk refused to give me my shoes telling me its black friday i cant take out my laybuys because the system is not working. then the guy by the name of Thabangtold them to give me. what kind of service is rendered here?? are you guys running a bussiness or favours?? on top of that they are giving me bad stinking attitude and gossip about me infront of them. the ladies are MATHEPELO and PATIENCE. AM SO DISSAPOINTED.
