Terrible Total Sports Service

For the 2nd Black Friday in a row, total sports has disappointed with their stock issues. I ordered a shoe that clearly showed available on their website. I was able to order and pay for the show. I also received a confirmation email of my order. They are now refusing to honour the sale stating that they oversold the shoe.
