Terrible ,shocking service

<p>I bought an item Last year June ,a shirt for R300 and paid for it in few months ,and im still owing even today, yet i am paying every month .</p> <p>I called the customer service help line serveral times for help and they told me i owe the club ,which increases my installments ,and i requested them to cancel the club and give me the blance to pay and close my account and i could not get any assistance .I paid again last month the amount i was advised to pay and this month i still get the statement with the balance of R320.How much is the shirt then if i still owe R320 a year later ?how much is the interest ?and why the pathertic service ?I called today and i was give the collections number which i then called and was advised to make an affidavid stating im charged and i wanna close my account .Why must i get the affidavid to close my account if i never made an affidavid to open the account ?What service is this ?Do i deserve such pathetic service after been a loyal customer ?I paid you well over a year to be ********** like this,I want to be refunded the money for the club as i did not ask anyone to subscribe me for it ,check my account and refund me all the money i was billed for a year .Its high time you archknowledge your customers and treat them with respect .</p>
