Terrible service no more second chances

Years ago I brought a machine from here and the experience was so bad I said I would never do it again. Many years later it wasn’t until I had purchased two items that I remembered the bad experience. Just because it was an absolute repeat of the same terrible service. I wanted to buy a spinning bike and rowing machine they didn’t have the bikes ready for a demo so it took over 30 mins to get it plugged in to show me and the. The guy got an electric shock. No one seemed to know the detail of what this expensive bike was all about other than just pushed me to buy. I plumped for a lower range bike because of the issues and was told they would phone me Monday and organise a delivery and put it all together. I got to the cash desk and was told no it doesn’t work like that. I called the floor manager who reexplained that this was the case and educated the sales person. Monday I received a call to say we are on our way no organizing I was just told I would need to wait for them. So I cancelled my day. At nearly lunchtime they arrive not as was sold. They put the items in leave a mess for me to clear up and clearly didn’t test any of it out before they left. I get onto my bike and find two big issues I nearly fall off it and hurt my back because the seat tipped and then I discover the tension goes from no tension at all to not being able to cycle it’s so strong. I called and said you need to take this back it’s a cheap badly produced bike. They promised to come and fix it and again I was told it would be the morning I couldn’t make the morning so they refused to come. We agreed the following Monday at 9am. 930 no technician I am told he only left at 9 after I called and then at 1030 I am told he will call me. At 1030 he calls me and says I am on my way. And I said you were supposed to be here 1.5 hours ago. He says nothing other than mistake by office. This is terrible service on the one side I am so glad I didn’t buy the expensive bike the service is still the same there is no ability to provide a decent service and the quality is terrible. I intend on getting my money bike there is no way I am going to go through this each time if something goes wrong.
