Terrible Service

So I went to Total Waterfront on the 11 Feb to order a ****nal Polo Top. The lady take my details and calls me back. Telling me the was order. She will call me as soon as it arrives. It will take up to 5 working days. Today I call them back to find out about the top. They can't find my details or the Ibt. It was never sent.
