Terrible service by Charles or something at the till. Totalsports mall of the south

I have to begin by saying we received great service from one gentleman whom I forgot his name but when we got to the till to pay we met some idiot who made us feel like we're beneath him. This idiot decided to leave the till and said in his own words he's going to find someone who can assist us... yet had all the capability according to the colleage who helped us. Have to say people like I think his name is Charles or something do not deserve to work with people if they think they're beyond serving people. I hope total sports looks into this matter and address him accordingly so that he remembers that being a spy doesn't make him any better than his colleagues and he's there to help us. If not..maybe he should start looking elsewhere. Totalsports mall of the south.i will be visiting the shop again soonest and again to give gratitude to the guy that serviced us on the floor humbled and doing his job with integrity . Forgot his name but he deserves only the best on your company unlike the stupid spy that was standing behind the till
