Terrible service

I realised that i was overcharged on my totalsport account, and when i went to inquire about it at totalsport village square randfontein, i received terrible service from the till lady, telling me that I am making too much job for her because i lost my totalsport card(Katlego is her name). After paying off this totalsport account I am going to close it and never shop the again. people that give good service the are the sales guys on the floor, but the till ladies are terrible.
