Terrible Service

I went to the store to cancel my lay buy since I wont afford to pay it on Friday the 12th of February 2016 and the lady at the till told me the store doesn't have money to give to me and i should come back some other time, i then went back yesterday then the sales rep told me she doesn't know how to cancel a lay buy and told me to wait for the supervisor or store manager as she went out after standing there for minutes she told me the system was offline yet she was busy assisting some other customer with their new account, so the system works for new accounts it just doesn't work when i need assistance with my lay buy,
