Terrible experience

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was double charged due to their system being down and have been waiting for my refund since the 9th of March. I’ve called countless times and logged multiple requests but they just create and resolve them without ever contacting me or refunding me my money. Whenever I call they just transfer me to someone else who does the exact same.

Terrible experience.
