Terrible customer service at Totalsport Liberty Promenade

Went to Total sport in Liberty promenade Cape Town, to purchase an item using my gift voucher. Unfortunately I had lost the physical card and had a picture of the card and slip with my bank card that I had made the purchase with. The sales consultant refused to assist, told me to contact customer support which I had done using my own airtime and only for the sales assistant to still refuse to assist with sorting out the issue. I had wasted my time, airtime in this store with no assistance. According to the customer care agent on the line all they had to do was to re-issue another gift card so I could make my purchase. I left the store without the purchase. Sales assistance need to be fully trained on policies and procedures, life happens gift cards get lost and they don’t know what process to follow, that’s bad customer service. Utterly pathetic service from from Jada the sales assistant. Something so simple turned into a nightmare
