Terrible customer service

I went to Totalsports at Trade Route Mall Lenasia on 06 June 2026. In the past I have had excellent service from the staff but last week it was terrible. The old staff had left but not only did the new staff not know the products they were selling (I was looking for a running takkie brand), the supervisor very casually said she and the rest of the staff never got training on the products and she didn't know what I was looking for. They kept on trying to convince me to buy a takkie I did not need. It was so frustrating but her attitude was very lazy (she was only working for the sake of employment). I will not return to that store again and it's a shame that they hire staff they don't train (all staff members didn't know much about the takkies).
