Terrible customer service!

I bought Nike Metcon's from Totalsports online.

These Nike Metcons have a 2-year warranty. If your Nike shoes or apparel have a material or workmanship fault, we want to make it right and get you back in the game.

It's been a back and-forth with Totalsports on replacing my shoes they never give any feedback or respond to emails for WEEKS. This is by far the worst customer service.
