terrible attitude

went into totalsports shop east rand mall boksburg to change a phone that was faulty. So we got the replacement phone and stood by the till where a lady assisted. Well all i can say is that lady shouldn't be working there. She gave us such a bad attitude from behind the counter i stood there in shock. Not only her, there was another gentleman there who i bought the phone from originally trying to give me attitude trying to tell me the phone does work and im lying. Maybe totalsports headoffice should go visit this store and do some staff adjustments.
