TERRIBLE

Went to the store in rosebank and the cashier made an error with my R600 gift card and ended up not being able to redeem it *********** staff and the manager is just as dizzy I stood there for 2 hours like an idiot to get them to resolve the issue with their customer service and still they couldn't get it right to have them resend my voucher Cashier tells me ya they've sent it just wait 5 minutes An hour passing she laughing with her colleagues like it's fun times meantime I'm waiting for my R600 that they've just taken and can't fix it Neo the cashier was the one who cancelled the purchase after the gift card has already been redeemed and the manager Mpho calls the same people she did who was not helping Typing this review 3 hours later and still have not received the gift card How did we normalise these companies *****ing from us without consequences
