Taught a lesson
The way customer service was defined to me was exceeding customers expectation regardless of colour, race, age or nationality as long as the value of money spend is valid.
I was just proven wrong by Totalsports comrades at Forest Hill.
I walked in to buy a phone, welcomed by a lady who claimed to have headache after I asked why she looked bored, phone was brought to me and she began processing the purchase. Whilst doing that she called two different people to come assist her which I would understand for a trainee after told she was. My biggest mistake ever was asking if someone could come and assist her since I was rushing for meeting some delegates. I couldn't believe receiving the following statements as a client:
-do you want her to train with animals?
-as long as you are assisted the delay is not our problem is the system
-can you just sign there?
-why do you want the manager?

Asked for the manager and then apology came at last and promised that will never happen again.

I don't need anything or any call from Totalsports but please do train your people not to undermine clients especially when they are buying at full prices. If it's discounted items then I should berg.
