Take the client for granted with misleading sale

Sunday 19 August 2018 I visited the Brooklyn Store and noticed the sale items are marked down with a further 20% for womans month. I find a pair of running shoes to buy. When the purchase was complete, the further 20% discount was not deducted. When questioning why, I was told that the ADDITIONAL discount does not apply anymore, within a few minutes the sign was removed and hide under the counter and the 20% extra scratched out from the price label. See pictures attached. It is an ******** and against the Consumer protection Act. ********* and misleading advertising. When a product is advertised, it needs to be sold at the price. I trust you knows the Consumer Protection Act. Therefore the extra 20% discount needs to be refunded to me. Please let me know when and where I can go to collect the money.

Further the so-called Manager claimed she has no authority (accountability) to do the right thing.

The Shop assistants and Manager does not ensure the store look neat and tidy and the place look a mess with lots of useless papers all around, even on the bench to sit to fit the shoes. I have to call someone to clear the area. Shame on the Store and Management.

A complaint mail was IGNORED
