Super bad service TOTALSPORT

Thought buying online would be safer than going into store. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!

On the website it says delivery in 2 days! After 4 days NO TRACKING OF MY DELIVERY. On phoning NO ANSWER!

After 10 e-mails RESPONSE THAT THE E-mail Will only maybe be attended to in maybe 2 weeks!!!

What to say???? About the order??

But the money was deducted even before I finished my order!
