Sumsung and Total Sports, Wonderpark unable to return my phone which was returned for fixing

<p>I have bought a sumsung phone at Total Sports, Wonderpark Mall Pretoria. the phone was unable to charge when it was still under one year warranty. it was January 2016. i returned it to the store. they told me they are sending it for fixing at Sumsung. after two months i was told that the phone was sent to END USER COMPANY where they fix on behalf of Sumsung. they told me that the phone cannot be fixed under warranty because there is marks of water. but i have to pay R300. for them to bring my phone back because i have rejected their quotes. it was not written on the contract that if Sumsung opens the phone, even if it is not fixed, i will have to pay the amount. We didnt agree to the quotes rejection fee when i handed the phone to the store for fixing.</p> <p>Till today my phone is not yet returned</p>
