Stupid return policy!!!!

<p>So I bought a pair of sneakers for my sister at your Springs branch,wanted to return them at your Mall @carnival branch but was told to go back where I bought them. How stupid is this?? I recently bought clothes from Cotton On at their Mall at Carnival branch yet exchanged them at their Sandton City branch,with no fuss whatsoever. I know I have also done this numerous times with the Edcon stores.....Don't you think you should keep up to date with your competitors??</p> <p>have been a Markham account holder for more than 11 years but such obsolete policies has me thinking about closing my account and not supporting TFG as whole anymore
