Store Manager saved the Day!!

I had a bad experience in Total Sports recently with the staff as well as their adamancies when came to exchanging the item I purchased for the same price i paid. I received a call from Vero the Store Manager of Liberty Midland Mall. He was very pleasant and apologized for his staff behavior, he even offered to credit me back for the item as the staff insisted I pay the full price of the item. I went to the mall in the week and got my refund back. The store was neat, clean and the music was soft compared to the day he was not in. Well done Vero!! Atleast it gives us peace of mind to know there are still those humble souls who will keep the companies name flying high compared to the immature guys that work there and don't know what they talking or can even assist.
