SOME PEOPLE JUST DO NOT DESERVE JOBS!
My father got a Christmas gift from total sports which did not fit him. So we got the slip and decided to return it. The sales assistant looked at us and laughed as If he was doing us a favor by letting us return the item (which had a hefty price). The issue wasn't the fact that he did not let us return the item, It was that he had such a bad attitude towards us. He kept on laughing at us. The no.1 rule from the staff to the customer is to treat them with hospitality and respect and provide them with options.
