Sold wrong running shoe
On advice from a sales consultant at Totalsports Tygervalley I bought adidas ultrboost shoes which is intended for long distance running. I did five, 5km training runs with them to break them in and a half marathon thereafter. After about 10km into the half marathon I endured extreme discomfort on the arches of both my feet. I finished the race and my feet took a whole week to recover. A week later I did a short run and a 16 km run the Saturday and experienced the same discomfort. These shoes are not right for the shape of my feet. Please go to a propper running store when buying long distance shoes, and do not make the same mistake I did. I have learnt an expensive lesson.
