Soccer Jersey Quality

Hi, I purchased a Liverpool Jersey from your Eastgate store late last year. The writing in front of the jersey in coming off. I would like that this jersey be returned because I spent over R1400 and to receive this quality is quite dismal. The jersey has also been washed in accordance to the directions.
