Sneaker polish *******

Good day on the 16th of September I went to one of your stores in polokwane where i wanted to layby sneakers for my daughters.I was surprised when the lady who was assisting me said they now add the sneaker polish to your layby,whether you want it or not.I told her I don't want it and then she said it's their new policy to add the polish when you layby but when you use your account or pay cash you are not forced to take it.I mean really are we now forced to buy something we don't want or see the use for it?are they trying to push their sales by robbing those who layby to include it with their sneakers?that's my R99 and I won't waste it on something that I don't want.On the same day I sent an email to their customer care raising my disappointment and concern,to this day I never had any feedback.
