Shop and customer service assistance very bad

I visited your Total Sports store in Woodlands Boulevard, Pretoria yesterday, Sunday, 10 April 2016. <br> <br> I wanted a size 10 Trail Men: Asics Gel Sonoma (Mid mileage trail road running shoe) and was told only smaller sizes in the shop.<br> <br> I asked if it is possible to check at the other branches and he had a mumbled response as if he did not wanted to assist.<br> <br> I am very disappointed as this could have been a sale. <br> <br> Will you be able to assist me in locating this particular shoe for me?<br> <br> I am an account holder with the TFG group. <br> <br> I e-mailed the customer services on Monday and was given a reference number 04161B2BC, but no feedback since then.<br> <br> I called *** today and was told that I need to call *** and this number is not going through.<br> <br> <br>
