SHOCKING TREATMENT BY EMPLOYEES

Stopped at the store at 16h53 to run in and get shoes for my daughter , pay and be done by 17h00. On the shop adverts it clearly states that they are open until 17h00. BUT as I am knocking on the already locked door, 3 staff members standing by the tills look at the knock at the door, see me standing there knocking, look me in my eyes, and look away! I keep on knocking. They look at me again and decide to ignore a knocking customer before closing time. One employee who was right by the door eventually opens to tell me that they close at 16h45 to finish their business. I have spent thousands at that store as well as other branches and this is unacceptable!!! If it wasn't for their filthy attitudes I might still have accepted their reluctance to assist. But these people obviously do not care about selling sports gear to paying customers. This is how you lose customers!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE. EVER!!!
