Shocking Service @ Maponya

<p>I app**** to have a laybuy card. I went to Total Sports Maponya as I wanted to laybuy some running shoes. I was told not to worry it only takes about 5 min. I filled in the form and it was sent for approval. 10 min go by 15min go by I then decied to leave after 20 min. I asked the store clerk to give me a call once this is sorted. I never heard from the store.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 3rd of June after a doctors visit I decided to go back there as I really wanted to laybuy these running training shoes, the lady looked for my detials on their pc and she was found them but was unclear about some admin related issues. I then told her my story as I've been waiting for this to be sorted out I gave her my full names, she manged to get the account number and I wrote it on a piece of paperwork with phone number to get some feedback. Its now the 06th of June still no feedback. What is happening at Totalsports Maponya. Do I as a Soweto resident have to go all the way to Sandton to get better service?</p>
