Shocking LACK of SERVICE

<p>I have ordered a shirt from the Totalsports in Stellenbosch MONTHS ago. I supp**** the size, my details, the works. After not hearing back a few weeks later, I decided to follow up just to realize that NOBODY knew anything about the order. So... frustrated and annoyed, I placed the same order yet again. About 2 weeks later I phone AND went into the store to check on my order and what do you know... AGAIN NOBODY is aware of any order being placed. IT HAS BEEN MONTHS since my initial order... never have I axperienced such a total LACK of any service whatsoever. I vow NEVER to purchase another item from Totalsports ever again!</p>
