Shocking environment..

Poor,poor environment,,poor service.. Total Sports in Rosebank Mall, I don't know how ,can i put this.. i was at Total sport in Rosebank mall, on the 24 of may 2024,,the staf is so unprofessional,,including the manager.The music in the store was so loud,staf are having meal on the floor and after that he goes straight to the till..without washing their hands,,when they talk each other they shouting,when they service customer they busy talking to each other not paying attention to the customers ,they not wearing unifoam no name badge, they don't introduce them selfs. They address customers as my sister,,,kkkkk real is that kind of manner?i never see such a thing in my life..they careless about the customer in the store, Its like there are at the school ground.. There is a lot going wrong in that store..they real need a training.
