Shocking Customer Service

Shocking customer service to say the least. My husband and I were at The Mall of the South. we were going to purchase 2 pairs of Nike running shoes and as we walked into the shop we got no service at all. We waited for almost 10 minutes to even get a sales person to give us some attention. My husband had to call her to ask for a size. Then with an huff and a puff the sales lady went to look for the size. Then not even an answer to assist with finding that pair that I wanted I was given another pair to try on with no explanation as to why I was given this shoeI, I then asked and only was told there was no size in that specific shoe, Nike Revolution 7, I then had to call her as she just walked away, I then had to ask for her to see if another store had the size of this, surely sales people need sales for your store, is this service. . Need I even mention that we were the only people in the store, not a busy day for them so we should have been given some sort of attention.
