My husband having suffered a horse-riding injury years ago, always requires heavy duty, long lasting, well cushioned sneakers. We have encountered knowledgeable salespeople in the past, but Josh at Totalsports Canal Walk is definitely in a league of his own. This young man was genuinely interested in my husband's requirements and only recommend the shoes he knew like would best suit the purpose. He was friendly, patient, knew his products down to the layer, it's purpose and even gave additional advice on how to maximize support from the shoe just by showing us an alternate lacing method.
