I am not at all impressed with the service of the TFG group. You have made a mistake on your part, which impacts my name for my credit. I have called, emailed and have gone in, in the hopes this issue would be rectified and to my surprise it has not been.

Sort this out please. I am not recommending anyone to get an account with this group.
