Secunda Branch - worst service
Wow, what bad service… We went online and and app****, waited 2 weeks for an SMS after they told us they’ll call. We went to Secunda branch, what a mistake, we gave in the bank statements and they never submitted the documents, after we waited for more than 15min in the store when she told us it could take a day or two. Went back a week later just to find out nothing was done.
