Second Complaint about Cell Phone insurance claim

This is my second complaint and i am actually so sick of TFG and totalsport when it comes to this cell phone insurance claim, why the hell do you ask us to take out insurance if you are not going pay out, and totalsport i really have to say they not making things very easy with they poor service, we have to run up and down going to them and phoning them, you do not receive any feedback from them . if you dont want to pay out, then why the hell dont you tell us, instead of sorting this out i am being charge insurance on my account three times but you dont want to payout. i am so sick of running after totalsport, I AM NEVER AGAIN BUYING A CELLPHONE ON THAT HELL HOLE. SIS TREATING PEOPLE LIKE THIS.
