Sales consultants don't know their stock!

I phoned Totalsports in Merino Mall to find out if they by any chance have Xbox controllers in stock so that I don't have to walk all the way to the mall. .I didn't catch the ladies name that answered the phone but first of all she sounded very abrupt and rude and second of all when I asked her whether she had any Xbox controllers in stock she was like "Huh?" "What's that?" "A tekkie?" I was like no, it's a controller for a gaming console long story short she had no clue what I was talking about. Don't know how you can have people in your stores that don't know what stock you keep honestly
