RUDE STORE CONSULTANT

I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the poor service I received at the Total Sports Store in Woodlands Boulevard today. I was assisted by a lady who calls herself Cilla or Sona who's name is not even reflecting on my invoice...but anyways she was very rude from the onset by keeping me waiting while they weren't busy with anybody else before me with no explanation whatsoever, when she finally assisted me and after swiping my card, she then asked me to confirm the last last 4 digits of my card, which I've never been asked before before, so I then had to ask if maybe there was a problem and she rep**** "no" to me in a rude and dismissive manner so I asked then why was was she the asking for my 4 digits and then she rep**** that "it's because she just wanted it", again with no reasonable explanation...I felt so disrespected and undermined as a loyal customer to that specific store, to receive such rude service that I feel I should not come back there again. I hope that my complaint will be noted will be dealt with urgently so she does not make other other customers feel that way ever again...
