Rude staff at totalsports

Last week I went to totalsports in benoni Lake to return sneakers without slip but I gave them my account card since I bought the shoes with my foschini account so the guy who I was helping said they won't be able to assist me then I told him call where I bought the shoes to ask for transaction number so that I return shoes, so he said he won't be able to assist me since they're no longer doing look-up I must go back where i bought the shoes and by that time 30 days was not passed, so I went to Mayfield Square in daveyton where I bought the shoes I was assisting by a rude lady she said to me 30 days has passed and she won't assist me so asked her to give me a gift card instead of returning those shoes back to my account and she No she won't do it right now I don't what to do with those shoes because I don't want them anymore they're still new inside the box
