Rude ,disrespectful staff member simphiwe

Hi I would Luke to log a complain on a staff member from total sports sandton city her name is SIMPHIWE , earlier on today my sisters and I were at the store and the treatment we got from simphiwe was highly disgusting ,rude , and disappointing. My sister mistakenly thought simphiwe was the sales associate that was initially helping us and approached simphiwe and ajed her for a size as my cousin was in the fitting her response was "can't you see I'm busy with a customer move from my way " and an altercation resumed from then forth and the lady started swearing its shocking that such a reputable brand would hire such staff that treat customers so badly...when we got to the till to pay for our items the lady started taking pictures of my sistersvis it because we are black we got such bad treat and the customer she was trying to make a sale from was Indian or coloured and looked like we wasn't going to spend money...... Its clear the this simphiwe sales associate treats people badly cause none of her staff members were shocked at her behavior the manager of the store recommended we report this matter to hello peter ...kindly assist in this matter cause it was highly a painful shopping experience.
