Rude call center staff

I am very very disappointed in Total Sports.... I closed my account then I wana reactivate the account they tell me to come.with the ID.. I go into clear water branch the store manager calls the head office and one lady does a security check I pass... the store manager recalls to activate the card.... bulelwa from the cape Town call center says she must ask questions Again wasting my time I was annoyed she was rude rude and she fails me...I get passed to Gary loggenberg from the CALL center as he was worse rude....they didn't give the card... i have been a customer for so long...and honestly u guys can keep that account I dnt want it... ur call center staff is pathetic and rude
