Went to Total sport today to purchase a sneaker for my son and the price that was below the sneaker is R750 i was being assisted by a very nice lady who ever got the correct size for me from their stock room . went to the till to pay and they swiped my card and got a decline massage and the lady tells me its declined due to insufficient funds i then tell her that my balance is R1000 then she says thats the reason the sneaker is R1100 which is on the new sneaker that they took from the stock room. they called the store manager Godfrey who wasn't very helpful because he said ooh well thats the way it is.

We all know what the NCA act says and honestly this was a very embarrassing for me as a client . i would like someone to take ownership and call me regarding this matter
