Ridiculously unimpressive response from call center

I have been trying to get hold of the cell phone insurance department with Try to no avail. I called *** and the agent told me he didn't know the number but gave me *** which was ringing for ever. No one ever answered that line after numerous tries on my side. When the people call you offering all sorts of products they never tell you what a hassle it will be to get them later. My phone has been broken for more than 3 weeks and I am not getting no where in claiming for a service which I pay for without fail every month. Previously I called and I was at cancellations and the woman just didn't want to help at all. I can't wait to pay off my account and get rid if this ridiculous service I have been getting from TFG. I called *** and I was on hold for more than 5 minutes, what is the service level for that call center? It's not even month end but you struggle to get through to an agent. Well I'm ****ed for the days with their service. I wouldn't advise anyone to open an account with them.
