Return issues
On 12/07/2018 I went to Totalsports at Carlton Centre to return an item that I bought there. The cashier told me that they cant do the return as the person that does them is not in and I should come back only on Saturday. I really think this not good customer service at all. Why should a customer suffer for a person that didn't come to work. Why is there only 1 person doing returns? Now this is an inconvenience for me to go back again Saturday while I have other plans. What if that person does come back on Saturday? I am highly dissapointed in Totalsports for this type of service.
