Refuses to return items

I had a very difficult time at Totalsport in boskburg retail park while trying to return a pair of takkies they claim that They dirty yet the similar takkie on display is dirty as well . I asked that if that takkie on display is going sold to a customer and I received a response with the disrespect, arrogance that yes it will be sold yet she not going to exchange this shoe and won't give me the area managers numbers.
